Permit to enclose a covered Breezeway of an existing 5,977 sq ft building built in 1989 and turn it into a Vestibule (adding 74 sq ft). This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work is to include: Relocating the existing exterior door to the new exterior of the Vestibule, replace with new door at Hallway, minor electrical, relocate hose bib, cover existing stucco within Vestibule with gypsum board, new acoustical ceiling and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. A letter of completion to be issued since there is no change of Occupancy Load or Use. ***BJM***

Vanessa Ibrahim from Summit Wall sent in final values. However, there was a large discrepancy in the plumbing values. Upon further review, and a phone call to Drake Mechanical it was determined that Drake's plumbing permit shouldn't have been associated with any building permit . Summit said they moved a hose bib. I spoke with Dan and he said that they must pull a permit for moving a hose bib. I let Vanessa know. Once that permit is pulled and finaled, I will enter the final values.
