1. Leave a 4" x 2" blank space on each sheet in the lower right hand corner, located 3" off the sheet edge for the City of Boise permit stamp. On the cover sheet, leave a blank 4" x 4" blank space in this location.
2. The cover sheet is for the Fairview Apartments and does not include a code analysis specific to the carports. Please provide a cover sheet for the carports with code analysis including the carport construction type, occupancy, occupant load, square footage and whether the carports are sprinklered.
