(ZAMP INC. WEST AIRPORT IP BLDG A - SUITE #100) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire area. Permit for the initial tenant improvement of a 6,537 SF tenant space within an existing warehouse building shell. Work to include: Complete new interior build out, non-load bearing interior walls, interior doors, millwork, lay-in ceiling, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, and plumbing work. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department.
