Submit a landscape plan designed by a landscape professional. The plan shall include four (4) Class II street trees along Broadway Avenue that are approved by the Boise City Tree Selection Guide as well as appropriate landscaping within the planter located to the west of the drive through lane that includes trees, shrubs and an appropriate mulch. This will require a solid concrete curbing and landscaping to restrict the drive through lanes as shown on the site plan that was reviewed and approved.

Provide a weather protection device that is a minimum of 3-feet in depth for each of the two primary business entries.
