(HAPPY LIFE SUPPLEMENTS - MINOR T.I.) Certificate of completion shall be issued upon completion. This building is fire sprinkled. Permit to remodel 1,440 sq. ft. of existing mercantile space. Work to include: Construction of interior non-load bearing walls, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department.
