Permit to construct a 6,160 sqft. pre-engineered metal pole building for use as a storage facility. Work to include: 5" reinforced concrete slab floor, reinforced concrete perimeter foundation, 2-hour fire wall at south elevation, loading ramp with guardrails, and 18' x 12' chain link garbage enclosure. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans, structural engineering, notations, and local codes and ordinances. Racking exceeding 8'-0" requires a separate permit. MDH

17. Submitting the MEP at a future date will be a Major Tenant Improvement.
