11. Soils and Geotech Report for infiltration.
12. Door Schedule.
13. Door Hardware Schedule.
14. Building Structure must be part of the submittal documents.
15. Site Plan should indicate location of future water and sewer cinnections for Public Works review.
16. Provide Building envelope design for Energy Code. Insulation in the slab, walls and roof must be planned for in the building design. If continuous insulation is required it could affect the slab design, roof structure, etc.
17. Submitting the MEP at a future date will be a Major Tenant Improvement.
