***PLAN MOD TO REMOVE DEMISING WALL AND BATHROOMS FROM PROJECT NOW JUST ONE TENANT SPACE 2,408*** (VANILLA – SUITE #100) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. This building is fire sprinkled. Permit to remodel 2,410 sqft. existing retail space by separating into (2) spaces, West space 1,205 and East space 1,205 sqft. Work to include: repair and replace rear exterior wall section damaged by car, demo existing non-load bearing walls, construct new non-load bearing demising wall, new accessible bathroom with a service sink, new drinking fountain, new store front and main entry door. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department.
