Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a quilting service tenant in an existing 1,675 square foot tenant space located on the 2,070 square foot 1st story of an existing 2 story building and in the 1,390 square basement (3,065 square feet total). The exterior storefront double leaf door was installed under permit BLD19-00968. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety or to discriminate against the disabled. **CJW**
