(MICRON PRE-ENGINEERED SHADE CANOPY) (C34301) Permit to construct a 1,940 sq ft, 34 foot by 57 foot steel pre-engineered canopy structure to shade bulk tanks on the Micron Campus near the B38 N2 Plant. The structure is located to the northeast of the B38 N2 Plant fence enclosure, approximately 58 feet east of the nearest structure within the fence enclosure and 50 feet north of the tank within the fence enclosure. Work to include: construction of concrete slab, column footings and metal structure, chainlink fence and lighting. Special inspections are required per attached Form 310. This building is not sprinklered. All work to comply with applicable codes, approved code modification letter, and attached engineeering. **JAR**

• Revised plan sheets GN, F1, F2 and S1 through S20 came back with a sheet size of 11” x 17” and are required per checklist to be a minimum of 18” x 24” in sheet size, revise plan sheet size of plan sheets GN, F1, F2 and S1 through S20 so that they are a minimum of 18” x 24” in sheet size.
• Per ePlan submittal standards the reserve the bottom right corner for the City electronic stamps. Leave a blank 4” x 2” space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block on plan sheet S1 through S20 (see blue highlighted box I have placed on sheet S1 for location of city stamp assuming the sheet is 18”h x 24”w, and ePlan standards at https://www.cityofboise.org/media/7025/electronic_submittal_standards.pdf )

Leave a blank 4” x 2” space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block on plan sheet C01,C02, C03, C10, C50, E211, GN, F1, F2 and S1 through S20 (see ePlan standards at https://www.cityofboise.org/media/7025/electronic_submittal_standards.pdf )
• Per checklist the plan sheet A211, S51, is required to be stamped and signed by an Idaho licensed architect or engineer.
