Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (3) offices, select new door/door frames, new interior storefront windows, millwork, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

spoke with Aaron about the final value that was submitted on the mechanical value. I explain that the bids we recieved from GC and Capital City did not match up, therefor he was going to talk to the project manager to clear it up and he was going to send another final value, (email Aaron the final value form he had originally provided so he can do the corrected values)

I requested a bid for the mechanical value from GC, (Carrol Contruction) because the mechanical contractor, (Capital City) pulled their permit for a lot more value, I also requested the bid from Capital City, and it looks like the value from the mechanical contractor is higher than what GC put on the final value for mechanical so Aaron needs to adjust his total value on his total project value and correct the value for the mechanical.

Sheets A10 and A2.1 show an exterior door in the Conference Room. I cannot find a permit showing its addition. The previous Permit for this location (BLD18-00711) does not show a door in that location. Please remove the door or provide Planning and Zoning Approval Letters.
