Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of new walls to create (3) Offices, (1) Conference Room of 166 sq ft, Break Room, relocate existing drinking fountain, add sink, electrical work (no new fixtures and not adding any fixtures) and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.***BJM***
