Refer to BLD17-03210 for Electrical, Gas Detection, & HVAC Systems. Work to include: new concrete slab, exterior metal framed walls and roof, new exterior door. There will be no hazardous material storage in the equipment room. Special inspections required for concrete anchors per the attached Form 310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for building area increase with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **jar**
