**(MOUNTAIN PACIFIC MACHINERY) Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 1,858 sq ft office and warehouse tenant space. This building was constructed in 1977 and certificates of occupancy were found for all other tenant spaces in the building. This space appears to have remained vacant but was built out as office/warehouse as found in an overall floor plan under MIS04-00099 for the adjacent suite 6143. The architect has provided a complete code analysis and plans for the space, which match the plan under MIS04-00099. Based on these plans, there is no change to the occupancy. Per fire inspector, back man door shown on plans is not there, only overhead door. Only one exit (main front door) is required from the storage area based on occupant load and travel distance of less than 100 ft for a B/S occupancy with less than 30 occupants. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is not fire sprinklered. **JAR**

528- Occupancy Permits cannot be done online, it must be done in person. The previous or current Certificate of Occupancy and Floor Plan on File must be provided. The proposed floor plan needs to match the existing floor plan on file.

1. Verify the address. I had the Pemit Tech change the address to 6141 W. Corporal Ln. There is a 6133 Corporal Ln but not a 6133 Clinton.
2. Are you using the 528 application or the 518 Application? Both were uploaded. Please provide the required information as requested by the Checklists.
3. Provide a layout of the Storage Area showing shelves, racks, aisles.
4. A1.1 has no notations.
5. Verify the Occupant load (See IBC 2902.2) Plumbing fixtures may be an issue.
