Separate electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits required. ***SPRINKLERS ARE NOT REQUIRED*** LGM A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
