(VANILLA - SUITE #120) (2 PERMITS UNDER BLD19-03220 IN EPLAN) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit to build out a new 1,995 sq. ft. office and warehouse tenant space (office 887 sq. ft. + warehouse 1,108 sq. ft.) in a pre-engineered shell building constructed under BLD18-01882. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls, interior doors, an accessible restroom, millwork, gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. Note: No storage allowed above office ceiling. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms, fire extinguishers are placed with current inspection tags. Final life fire safety inspection for area of work complete, as stated in the project description, no occupancy allowed under this permit, a seperate permit will be required for future tenant.

The Permits for these two Tenant Spaces must be done in two (2) separate Permits. The Permits must be under Form #520 for Major Tenant Improvent since this is the first Tenant Improvement to these spaces.
