(THE AFTON – PHASE 2 – SUITE 506 – INTERIOR FINISHES) The NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system is used for story, height, and building area increase. Suite 506 was created under permit BLD17-03345. Dwelling unit separations, the walls within the dwelling unit, and all doors were constructed under that permit. Impact fees were assessed and required under that permit. To install finishes within a 2,580 square foot shell residential condominium unit (2,513 square feet inside and 67 square feet deck). Work is to include wall finishes, floor finishes, millwork, and counter tops. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This permit is intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for Unit 506 only. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
