(BOISE CASCADE - BOISE PLAZA – 3RD FLOOR) Permit is to remodel approx. 1,746 sq. ft. within an existing 54,000 sq. ft. office tenant space on the third floor of the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames and relocate select doors, removal of interior windows and relocate select windows, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create (4) conference rooms and (2) office rooms, select new wall infill, door/door frames, interior windows, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. The fire sprinkler system is required because this is a high-rise building. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
