(PWE-849 WEST BOISE WATER RENEWAL FACILITY (WBWRF) – CHEMICAL STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION) This building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct a 203 square foot pump building, a 560 square foot exterior concrete slab to function as a chemical truck fill pad, and a 665 square foot concrete secondary containment vault for 3 chemical tanks (10 feet diameter by 13 feet tall) all to be used for chemical dosing at a waste water treatment facility. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete retaining walls, concrete slabs on grade, concrete tank pads, steel grating, secondary containment access ladder, trenches for below grade pipes and conduits, steel wall brackets to support pipes, pipe pollards, and chemical pumps. The pump building has wood stud exterior walls, exterior shear walls, steel siding, an exterior door, an exterior horizontal sliding window, wood trussed roof, wood roof deck, and steel roofing. Special Inspection is required for soils, concrete, and for anchors post-installed in hardened concrete. An interior three compartment sink, an interior emergency eye/face wash and drench shower, and two exterior emergency eye/face wash and drench showers will be installed. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
