the project was orig pulled as a duplex but due to issues with ACHD they changed it to a new SFD-we still need the manual J's and then we can sign off on the prescreen-also need to add 2500.00 to the valuation for the home that was demo'd

Pre approval must be applied for and approved before you can submit for the building permit-once you have the P & Z permit approved please make sure to upload the approval letter as well as the following items needed.
Need Manual J's and we need the breakdown of sq. f.t for each side of the duplex. Also will need the demo info for the exemption you are requesting.
