All disturbed slopes included in the construction of this project must be stabilized and approved by Public Works before a Final Occupancy Permit is granted. If weather conditions prohibit revegetation and stabilization activities, the contractor shall provide a bond/surety agreement or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 110% of the cost estimated by the project engineer to enable stabilization of the site.
