There is a total of 5 buildings located on a single parcel. The entire scope of work includes construction of 5 individual buildings with a total of 255 total storage units, a 285 sqft. retail office with 815 sqft. living quarters. Only building #5 is required to be partially fire sprinkled (See fire review for approval). Awnings shall meet the requirements of 2015 IBC Chapter 3105.
