BUILDING 20 WILL BE COMPLETED AT A LATER DATE //MDH*** Permit to construct a 16,000 sqft pre-engineered metal building and associated site improvements. The building is separated by a 2-hour wall with the west side space being 5,915 sqft and the east side space being 9,650 with a second story of 1,265 sqft.. Work includes: construction of footing foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, interior non-load bearing walls, interior stairs, mechanical work, plumbing work, electrical work and site work. The intended use reviewed for is B, F1, and S1 with no occupancy occurring under this permit. This building is fire sprinkled as the future tenant has a woodworking area exceeds 2,500 sqft.. Approval is contingent on adhering to approved plans, engineering, and local codes and ordinances. Note: special inspection required see attached form #310. MDH
