Permit for the remodel of an existing 4,810 sqft. office space. Work to include: Demo non-load bearing interior walls, doors, and millwork. Construct new non-load bearing walls, doors, millwork, interior reception window, mechanical work, and electrical work. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. **MDH**
