Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of existing, electrical work and mechanical work; Install non-bearing interior walls and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Use of rooms and occupancy per room is not proposed to alter. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
