To construct a 1,619 square foot storage/garage building (1,408 square feet vehicle garage and 191 square feet storage) for the storage of Delta Dental of Idaho’s community outreach vans, trucks, and trailers. The 191 square foot storage room/telecom enclosure will be insulated and conditioned. The garage portion of this building will be insulated but not conditioned. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, wood stud bearing and shear walls with hold downs, wood headers over exterior wall openings, four motorized non-insulated overhead exterior garage doors, an exterior side-hinged swinging door, exterior stucco wall finish, pre-cast concrete walls, metal fascia finish, roof trusses with outlookers (a shed-type roof sloped 1 unit vertical to 12 units horizontal), wood roof sheathing, a membrane roof covering, and interior finishes. For the storage room/telecom enclosure work includes interior and exterior 2x6 walls with R-20 cavity insulation, R-38 interior ceiling insulation, an insulated double-leaf door (U-factor of .37 max.), and R-10 slab edge insulation. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
