Virtual meeting with Shawn. Told him the proposed enclosing of the porch would need a stem wall and footing as per IRC to meet exterior wall requirements or engineering from an Idaho Licensed Engineer.
Other inquiries were concerniong cantilevering, etc. I could not accurately answer those questions without reviewing the original plans and the resubmitted plans.
I told him I would call and try to verify information rather than just review and send back for corrections if possible.
