To complete your application, please provide the following (also see items circled on checklist):
1. Form 304 Registered Design Professional Form for Structural Engineer, signed by owner;
2. Verification of Legal Lot or Parcel form, signed by PDS subdivision staff;
3. Site Specific Fire Flow at Hydrants Letter;
4. Form 310 Statement of Special Inspections completed by the structural engineer and signed by owner;
5. Planning & Zoning letters of approval;
6. Vicinity Map;
7. Code Analysis/Building Data;
8. Scaled site plan drawing at minimum 18" x 24" with dimensions locating carports on the site and dimensions between carports and adjacent buildings;
9. Identify required special inspections on structural plans;
10.Upload drawings as individual sheet files, with file names per the City of Boise naming standards (ie S1.0 General Structural Notes). Drawings have been deleted out of ePlanReview so they can be uploaded.
