Refer to BLD17-03001 for building history. Work to include: Demo portion of ACT ceiling, railing at egress door, select light fixtures, and portion of exterior glazing, construct new training room area, breakroom area, (2) offices, railing at egress door, and a new exterior door. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans, notations, local codes, and ordinances. Interior finishes shall be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. **MDH**
