Description	(ST. LUKE'S ELECTRICAL ROOM) This project includes remodeling a portion of the existing hospital sub-basement to place an emergency electrical room and two offices. The Emergency electrical room is required to be separated from the surrounding areas by a one-hour fire resistive wall per the NEC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for I occupancy and area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. This is a scope of work permit only with a certificate of completion to be issued upon approval and completion of the project. There is no change in occupant load or occupancy for the building. CDM
