Work to include: removal of 16 lineal feet of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame and relocate, construction of 27 lineal feet of interior non-bearing walls to create an office, new interior office window, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
