Changes were made to the exterior since the original approval. Josh Wilson said it was ok to send it through Prescreen, he will review it in process. Several of the Civil Sheets do not show this alteration. They were previously approved and are said to not have any significant change to the drainage design.

1. A Soils Report was provided but it is not stamped and signed by the Engineer.
2. The ESC Plan is not stamped and signed by the engineer.
3. Fire Hydrants are not called out on Sheet A00 as noted in the Submittal Checklist.
4. Please list the currently adopted Codes for the City of Boise on the Title Sheet and verify that the provided drawings and documents are designed to these Codes. (A20 is specifying 2012 IBC)
5. Sheet A00 does not provide a Landscape Plan, does not show a Trash Enclosure, as noted in the Submittal Checklist.
6. No ESC Plan was provided as noted in the Submittal Checklist, but an ESC Narrative was provided.
7. The Building outline on Sheet C10, Sheet C1 does not match the proposed building profile. C10, C1 already has a City Approval Stamp.
8. A21 does not show portable Fire extinguisher locations.
9. No defered Items are listed on A00 as noted in the Submittal Checklist.

Several Drawings have the City of Boise Approval Stamp already on them. If these are from a previous permit that has been issued please provide that BLD # so further research can be done.
There has been a Code change since these drawings were stamped. They may need to be resubmitted and reviewed to the current Code depending on the situation.
