(TEFFCO WAREHOUSE – NORTH HALF) Permit for the first time build-out of a warehouse space in the north half of a new warehouse building. North warehouse will be used for storage of Teff Flour; no processing operations will occur in this portion of the building. Work to include: new door in existing demising wall, egress lighting and exit signs, marked aisles through storage area, grain and storage containers. The building Shell was built under BLD18-00596 and site work, envelope and exterior lighting were approved with the shell permit. The 2,950 sq ft Teffco Office was permitted under BLD18-01401 and included the tenant demising wall through the center of the building and plumbing fixtures for the north and south warehouse space. The south warehouse was permitted under BLD18-03233. Utilizes ANSI/ASHREA 90.1. A separate racking permit is required if racks are installed over 8 feet in height or for high-piled combustible storage over 6 ft. This building is fire sprinklered in accordance with NFPA 13 with 60 ft yards for unlimited area. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
