JG) Permit is to remodel an existing 7,072 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this tenant space is to be 3,761 sq. ft. and the remaining 3,311 sq. ft. is to be an unoccupied tenant space created under BLD19-04869. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select interior bearing and nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, select new exterior stucco finish, select new exterior storefront doors, select new exterior site concrete work, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, select interior wall infill, select new interior bearing opening design per engineering, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the current IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

• Per ePlan submittal standards the reserve the bottom right corner on the drawing plans for the City electronic stamps. Leave a blank 4” x 2” space located 3” off the right sheet edge to allow for the title block on plan sheet A1.0, A2.0 see ePlan standards at https://www.cityofboise.org/media/7025/electronic_submittal_standards.pdf
• Provide a completed 518 application for the created tenant space tenant space on the right since this was a single tenant previously
• Provide the engineering calculations for the removal and header placement at the interior entry bearing wall, the engineering is required to be stamped, signed and dated by an Idaho licensed engineer
