(EPISCIENCES INC) Fire sprinkler system used for fire area. To remodel an existing 14,956 square foot office, warehouse, and manufacturing building for the existing tenant. Work is to include: removal and installation of interior nonbearing walls to create a copy room, storage room and closet, convert Lab to a Cafeteria, millwork, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for the change of use from a Lab to a Cafeteria and the new occupant loads. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ***BJM***
