(TURF EQUIPMENT & AGRONOMICS LLC - BUILDING B - SUITE #128) This building is fire sprinkled for area increase and fire area. Permit is to construct tenant improvements within a new 37,200 sq. ft. building (Shell under BLD18-02802) to make a 4,592 sq. ft. tenant space for office and warehouse use (435 sq. ft. office area + 4,020 sq. ft. warehouse area). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create demising wall, an office, an open front office area and an accessible bathroom, door/door frames, suspended acoustic and gypsum ceiling, (1) new RTU’s to be installed with associated ductwork, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and Interior finishes shall be in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2015 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinkled with an approved fire alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**

No comments attached. A Racking Permit is required for any rack storage exceeding 8’ in height. Some high hazard commodities require review and approval over six feet of storage height. Modifications to the existing automatic sprinkler system in this facility may be required for the improvements or storage planned. The tenant improvement plans shall be reviewed by a licensed fire sprinkler contractor, to determine what, if any, modifications are necessary to maintain code compliance within the project area. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems.
