(IDAHO ASIAN PLAZA – FIRE RISER ROOM) //5-20-2020 PLAN MODIFICATION TO RISER ROOM EXTERIOR WALL RATING. Jg// NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 6,107 sq. ft. building by adding an 84 sq. ft. fire riser room to the exterior of the existing building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select exterior window and infill opening, new foundation work, new concrete slab, construction of select exterior walls to create the new fire riser room, a new door/door frame, select new stucco exterior finish, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Note: special inspection required, see attached 310 form. With the new fire riser room this building will be fully Fire Sprinklered and shall be installed as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
