(RAVE II LAUNDRY) **This building is not fire sprinklered and it does not have a fire alarm system. Permit is for a first-time finish out of a 3,180 SF vanilla shell building constructed under permit BLD16-01601 and BLD18-00846. The overall area of the building is 4,920 SF and the adjacent tenant on the west side of the building is a take-out pizza restaurant. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, two toilet rooms accessible to the disabled, reception area, cash/coin kiosk, interior doors, an automatic horizontal sliding exterior door, washers, dryers, folding tables, work counter, water heater, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Separate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits are required for this project prior to commencement of work on these systems. Racking or storage that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit. **JHB**

emailed Aaron at Rave Laundry asking him to verify that the values on the revised value (see DOCs) is accurate. It is for less than half of what the initial value was.


3/17/20: Eric from ALC said: I’ll jump in here, the numbers we provided initially were estimates based on historical values from other projects as well as RS means estimator.
Since permit submittal the owner has bid the project to his selected subcontractors and has provided those bid numbers instead of our estimated numbers.
Unfortunately we had values in our estimates that should not have been part of the construction values so we backed those numbers out. Additionally our estimates were much higher than actual values.
