Permit to construct a 62,400 sq ft, 7-story mixed-use residential housing project with a 18,400 sq ft Type IA podium at Level 1-2 and a 44,000 sq ft Type VA building above at Levels 3-7 with 60 dwelling units. Work to include: construction of 2-story Type IA podium including foundation, geopiers, structural steel, PT concrete slab and exterior walls; construction of 5-story Type VA under BLD20-02193. Code alternate approved for opening alternate at north wall. Special inspections required per the attached Form 310. Special Inspection survey required to verify low point of grade at beginning of construction, building height of top of podium, 4th flr, and 7th flr at framing stage, at 7th flr final construction. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. This building will be sprinklered with a fully compliant NFPA 13 and NFPA fire alarm system to comply with the 5-story wood construction ordinance, allowable area increase, and story increase. **JAR**

b. Ramp should not include truncated domes.
c. There should be no above-grade obstructions (street trees, furnishings, light posts, signs or other obstruction) adjacent to the ADA stall
d. Slope of all concrete sidewalk and brick furnishing zone areas adjacent to the ADA stall should be a max of 2.0%
e. Remove parking meter
f. Gutter pan should not be counted in the 5’ width dimension of asphalt access aisle. 5’ aisle should be treated as part of the ped access route, which should have a max cross slope of 2.0% and doesn’t need cross-hatch striping.
g. ADA pavement marking symbol within the stall not needed.
