(EXECUTIVE SHELL) This project is to construct an approximately 9,950 SF addition to an existing 18,943 building. The new addition will be on the west side of the existing building between the property line and building. The addition will be a warehouse used for storage for the one existing tenants and 1 future tenant. The addition will be demised in half for tenant. The new addition will match the existing building’s materials, parapet height and colors. A separate permit is required for ocupancy of the new building areas. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
