• The existing curb cut along Ustick Rd. shall be removed and replaced with curb, gutter and sidewalk approved by ACHD.
• Irrigation details were not included with the site plan and will be required within the building permit for review. All landscaping shall be maintained in a healthy and attractive condition and shall be irrigated by an appropriate underground irrigation system.

Submit a copy of the recorded cross access agreement for the 20’ wide shared driveway, which was also a condition of approval
