The final inspection of the site grading and drainage work shall be done by the design engineer. Written approval shall be submitted to Boise Public Works prior to the issuance of the building final.

3-23-20: After re-measuring and discussing with Romeo, it was determined that the fire access distance was within acceptable limits so sprinklers will not be required. Previously, drawings were failed in eplanreview. Applicant is aware that he will need to re-upload so fire activity can be passed.

2.Project will require a CAT II Hillside application prior to acceptance of the building permit application. Application #114 will need to be filled out and turned in to the Planning & Zoning counter at city hall with the application fee. Once the application has been approved by P&Z please upload the approval letter and then this building permit case can be routed for approval. Melissa Jannusch ###-####.
