The conditions of approval that were done by KayCee Babb on DRH19-00272 are still in effect on this project. CDX Plywood cannot be used on the exterior, it must be wood or smooth fiber cement. Please revise to one of these materials. I see that you put hardi board (fiber cement) as trim- please specify that it is smooth. I saw in the legend that you still have metal roofing listed but I wasn’t able to find it in the drawing. If you are not using the metal roof (it is not allowed- reference DRH19-272’s conditions) then please remove it from the legend. Finally, please show in the elevations the garage door with the handles and the center trim piece which gives it the appearance of two instead of one.
