Remove deadbolt at the rear door, provide verification of annual inspection of the sprinkler inspection. I agreed that if the two above items are addressed I would give a temp. for life safety until the Dark Room is built. A permit for the addition of a sprinkler head will require a permit. I also noted that electrical and mechanical permits may be required due to the new equipment.
