To perform interior non-structural demolition work within an existing tenant space. Work is to include removing interior nonbearing walls, removing toilet rooms, removing millwork, and cutting the concrete slab on grade floor to accommodate underslab plumbing. No new work is allowed under this permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant.
