A new Window Well will also be added for egress.
Ground Level: Existing Laundry Room off of garage to be replaced with a new Powder Room.
Main Floor Level: Demo closet at front door and wall between living and dining rooms and add railing. Re-configure bathroom and bedrooms. Demo and re-configure kitchen. Demo step between Nook and Family Room and cut open floor for new stairway to basement. Demo a portion of existing back patio and add a 180 sq. ft. remodeled bathroom addition to Master Bedroom.
Existing Truss System: Modify existing Truss system to add new Trusses to raise ceiling and add W.U.I. compliant Skylight. Exterior: New Cedar Wrapped Window alteration on West Elevation. All work per plans, notes, engineering, & local code.
