The opening will be closed with like construction upon replacement of the equipment. Approval is contingent on adhering to the approved plans and structural engineering. This building is fire sprinkled. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings fire sprinkler or fire alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise fire department. 2. As there are exterior changes to this building you will need to talk to planning and zoning first as it may require a design review application. Please provide approval letter or letter stating it does not need a planning application.
3. A site plan will be needed of the property showing where the proposed opening is for the building and distances from property lines.
4. Plan views of the building would also be required showing the opening and where mechanical equipment is that will be replaced.
5. Information on what equipment is there currently and what it's being replaced with will also be required (if new equipment is heavier load than existing engineering may be required).
