(BILTMORE COMPANY) Permit is to convert an existing car wash building into an office building with two wash bays that totals 2,080 sq. ft. (1,238 sq. ft. office area + 842 sq. ft. wash bays area). Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file, plan review report and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of select exterior door/door frames, removal of interior walls for new openings, exterior site work, exterior wall infill, exterior stucco work, construction of interior non-bearing walls, new exterior and interior door/door frames, new exterior windows, new accessible restroom, new acoustic suspended and gypsum ceiling, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. The space will be using existing CMU structure with existing roof and closing off two wash bays on the east side of existing building to create an insulated building envelope.
