(ROOF LADDER TO ACCESS MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT – FORT BOISE COMMUNITY CENTER) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase. To fabricate and install an exterior vertical roof ladder to access mechanical equipment. The ladder will be installed on the exterior side of a wall between a lower roof and a higher roof. The lower roof is accessed via an existing interior ladder through a roof hatch. Work is to include steel side rails that extend above the parapet, steel rungs, steel mounting straps, and Titen anchors post installed in existing masonry. Special Inspection is required for anchors post installed in masonry. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This is a scope of work permit only. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any portion of this building. Existing occupancy approvals are still valid. **CJW**
