(TANDEM DIABETES CARE) (BLD20-00109 Int Demo) (BLD20-00978 Early start TI) Permit to remodel an existing office building for a new office tenant. This building is separated by a 4-hour fire wall into two buildings. The 71,508 sq ft West building is of Type IIIB Construction and the 22,097 sq ft East building is of Type VB Construction. Work to include: new openings in the existing masonry fire wall with 3-hr doors tied to the fire alarm system; interior non-bearing partition walls and doors; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work; interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 f the 2015 IBC. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system for area increase. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
