Also, Note 8 of the Privada Estates Plat says “Vehicle access to lots 1, 2, 6, & 7 of Block 1, shall be provided from shared driveways and a perpetual ingress/egress easement as shown on this plat (sheet 3) for the benefit of lots 1, 2, 6, & 7 of Block 1.” Site plan does not clearly indicate compliance. Please verify the location and dimensions of shared driveway on Lot 6.
